Dear Mr. Good:

Thank you for your letter of June 9th referring to your recent visit to The Fairmont Southampton. Needless to say I was quite pleased to hear that with Steve, Dionne and Tony's help, you experienced less challenges with the setup and arrangements for K.C. & The Sunshine Band than anticipated. Steve, Dionne and Tony are true professionals and I know they will appreciate being acknowledged for their hard work.

On behalf of all the management and staff, thank you for taking the time to write to us. Should such an opportunity arise where your services may be required, I'm sure our Conference Services people will contact you. Meantime, good luck with the Bermuda Shorts.

Yours truly,

Norman Mastalir

Dear Gary:

l want to take a minute to tell you what a difference you personally made in the lives of the kids and parents from the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame by arranging for them to attend Winton Marsalis' sound check and to meet with him after his concert. The visits with Mr. Marsalis provided the personal attention and reinforcement these inner city music students need to motivate them to continue their studies. These students were energized; their parents were thrilled; Chuck Cissel was speechless; and I was pleased beyond belief.

Thank you for your openness to this idea and for your willingness to make this project happen, particularly in light of everything else you had going on at the same time. I now know why Clark Bailey speaks so highly of you.

Who knows, in a few years you may be booking some of the very students that met with Mr. Marsalis for their own gigs at the Civic Center.

Finally, I want to compliment you and your staff on the exceptional slate of performers you put together for the Civic Center Music Hall Grand Re-opening. I've heard nothing but positive reviews. And, the shows I saw were exceptional. Take a bow for a job well done.

Sincerely,

Jim Epperson

Dear Cathy,

On behalf of the Latino Chamber Board of Directors, staff and membership, I would like to thank you for your assistance in contracting Tish Hionjosa. The Latino Chamber's 22nd Annual Dinner Dance Celebration was a huge success and Tish was outstanding.

The event drew in nearly 700 individuals that represent many aspects of our community. Since, we have received many calls congratulating us on a job well done. We realize we did not do it alone and you are also to be congratulated.

Next year's event is scheduled for Saturday, February 23, 2002 and we will again be looking for a keynote speaker. I will most definitely keep you in mind. Again, thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,

Sandy Gutierrez

Dear Gary:

Before the dust settles completely on Health Week, I wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I, personally, appreciated your contributions.

The week was a learning experience for all of us, albeit in different ways, but a valuable one. I was impressed not only by your quiet competence but by the obvious affection and high regard in which you are held by the talent you represent. That is a fragile commodity and it is obvious that you treat it with the respect it deserves.

Mary and I enjoyed meeting the ladies of your life and hope that we'll have a chance to see you all again in the not too distant future.

Cordially,

John E. Evans, APRP Director, Corporate Communications

Dear Gary:

A brief note to thank you for arranging the appearance to be the speaker for the Boy Scouts' fund raiser in Oklahoma City last Tuesday night.

I genuinely enjoyed being with them and appreciated the courtesies and hospitality extended me while there. I also wanted to thank you for getting up so early Wednesday to take me to the airport.

Thank you and best wishes to you and your associates.

Dear Gary,

Just a word of thanks for not only the bookings but the way they have been so efficiently handled. Working with you means having no qualms about any "glitches" happening, and as you can guess, with a speaker this is particularly pleasing, reassuring and confidence inspiring!

Appreciatively, and with best regards,

Art Linkletter

Dear Nanette,

I would like to say at this time, what a pleasure it has been working with you over the past several months. You are professional in every sense of the word. Thank you for making these arrangements to bring Robert Goulet to South Bend to tell his story.

Dear Mr. Good:

Thank you so much for your generous assistance in making our event at The Waterford Hotel on January 8th, 1995, a success. Our guests at the hotel were very dear friends and family from across the country, and your contribution meant a great deal to Frank and me.

The decorations and entertainment were truly Oklahoma-style, and the organization, from valet parking to catering and meal preparation, was excellent. Frank and I are grateful to you for providing yet another page in our scrapbook of memories.

Yours very truly,

Cathy Keating

Dear Gary and Nanette:

As I leave the office of Speaker of the House, I could not go without saying "Thank You" and acknowledge your efforts in making each and every Speaker's Ball better than the last.

The 1996 Speaker's Ball was our most successful. We continue to hear glowing compliments on the decorations and entertainment and comments on how could we surpass the previous year. You both have made the planning of this annual event a pleasure and could always be counted on to be there to see it to a successful conclusion. Your professionalism and creativeness enabled us to surmount those "special" problems that arose at each event and your willingness to work within our budget constraints was most appreciated.

The annual Speaker's Ball is a special event to the Speaker and members of the Legislature as it kicks off the legislative session. From 1992 through 1996 you have helped to give us a great send off.

Thank you again, and Melinda and I wish you both our very best.

Sincerely,

Ms. Bledsoe:

The American Society of Legislative Clerks and Secretaries 1995 Annual Meeting and Professional Development seminar was a resounding success. We are still getting letters and phone calls from participants who universally say they had a great time in Oklahoma.

It took a lot of hard work and many talented people to make his meeting the great success it was. You had a part in that success, and we wanted to express our gratitude to you personally.

Thank you for your help booking Maya for the State Dinner. As usual, the band lived up to its reputation and put on a fine show. Please express our gratitude to Mr. Ratchel and the rest of the band for their performance.

Again, please accept our thanks for your tremendous efforts to make the ASLCS meeting a success. It is no exaggeration to say, "We could not have done it without you. "

Sincerely,

Secretary Oklahoma State Senate

Dear Mr. Good:

Your company has always maintained a high reputation for quality performers as well as service in Oklahoma City, and now I can say your actions truly justify your excellent reputation. You certainly came to our rescue this past weekend when a band failed to show up for a group we were hosting. I appreciate your diligence in resolving their dilemma, especially since you were not hired by this group in the first place and secondly it was 7:00 pm that evening.

Thank you so much for helping this group get through their rough start. And a special thanks to the DJ who agreed that evening to come work their event within the hour of being notified. This commitment to serving the customer is truly admired, and I can assure you as the Catering Manager for the hotel, your company will come highly recommended for future groups.

Sincerely,

Kathy Hefton
